I am a childcare leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, including 15+ years as a childcare center owner. As the Founder & CEO of KIDS Early Learning Centers, I’ve grown multiple locations in the U.S., with continued expansion internationally.

I am also the Founder & CEO of Dynamic Systems & Processes, where I help childcare CEOs and directors build strong systems, improve daily operations, and scale with clarity and confidence.

I have created proven templates and SOPs specifically for childcare centers, designed to bring structure, simplify daily operations, and support consistent growth.

Through my work, I’ve built and led multiple businesses across childcare, training, digital products, design, and virtual assistant services, creating systems that support consistent growth and long-term success.
